Basic Care

This page lists what you need to do for your hog daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Daily:
Play with your hedgehog
Clean wheel (depends on hog)
Give fresh food and water
Spot clean cage
Clean "poop boots" (depends on hog)
Make sure your hog is acting normal
Make sure your hog doesn't have any cuts, bruises, etc...

Weekly:
Clean cage
Weigh your hedgehog

Monthly:
Give bath (sometimes more frequently)
Clip nails (somtimes more frequently)

Yearly:
Bring your hedgehog to the vet for a check-up
