Nut the Chinchilla

Nut is a tan chinchilla. We bought him from Kindra (www.spoiledchins.net) in August 2004. He is a bundle of energy, always hopping from one place to another. We bought him as a friend for our first chinchilla, Skippy, but we have still not introduced them. Temporairily, Nut is living in a Super Pet Four Story cage. When when introduce him to Skippy they will both live together in the Chinchilla Mansion. Nut loves hay! Instead of giving him treats (rosehips, shredded wheat, etc...) I can give him a piece of hay and he will eat it just as fast. He doesn't like to be held, but he loves jumping on me when I let him out to play. He loves running on his wheel and sleeping in his chimnea.
